Our company is owned and operated by Ed Ricci. Energy Management
has been in operation for many years under Community Housing Partners, but was purchased by current owner in March of 2003.
We have a total of nine hard working & devoted employees whom have long tenures with us. We strive to meet
the needs of our customers by providing many different heating and cooling options at many different price levels. Please
